UK Shipping

  • Delivery to England, Scotland or Wales costs £4.50 per order.
  • Delivery to Northern Ireland costs £5 per order.
  • Products are made to order so please allow a few days for processing before your order ships.
    • If an order (placed before 11am) is urgent (for a birthday etc.) please contact us at hello@pop-up.studio and will aim to expedite your order.
    • Some orders many may take longer to prepare before dispatch. This includes large orders.
  • Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping is used for all UK orders.
  • Where possible, orders are packaged to fit through a standard letterbox, although this depends on the size and contents of your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a tracked UK delivery service that aims for next-working-day delivery after dispatch, including Saturdays.

  • If you choose to use a third-party forwarding service to send your order to another address, we are not responsible for your order once it has been delivered to the UK forwarding address.

  • For US orders, import duty is included in the shipping rate shown at checkout and prepaid where applicable via Royal Mail. No additional import duty should usually be due on delivery, although customs processing and any local charges remain outside our control.

  • Estimated transit time is 7-10 business days after dispatch. Please note this is an estimate and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.
  • International orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked.
  • We only process a limited number of international orders each week, and these are shipped when capacity allows. UK orders are prioritised, so international orders may take longer to be dispatched.
  • Please only place an international order if you are prepared to wait. If you need fast dispatch, or are not willing to wait for your order to be processed, please do not order from us.
  • We ship from the UK using tracked services, but unfortunately we can’t control customs charges applied by other countries.

  • We offer shipping to Australia. Please see the table below for rates.

The following are applicable to all orders.

Returns and Exchanges

  • You have 28 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to exchange an item or request a refund.
  • Personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Delays and Responsibility

  • As all of our products are handmade, some items may require additional preparation time.
  • Personalised orders will take longer to process before dispatch.
  • While we aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Shipping service disruptions
    • Customs checks
    • Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout
    • Third-party forwarding services

Disclaimer

  • Products may contain sharp functional pin points and small components. Handle with care. Not intended for children. By purchasing and using these products, the customer acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with normal and improper use of the item.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pop-Up Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury or damage resulting from misuse, modification, improper handling, or use other than as intended.
  • The purchaser is responsible for determining whether this product is suitable for their intended use.

Warranty and faulty items

  • We do not offer an extended warranty on our products.
  • If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
  • We will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
  • This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
