How fast is shipping?
Delivery is available in England, Scotland, and Wales exclusively. We aim to ship orders placed before 11am the same day (Monday to Friday). Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping is available for all orders. Your order should arrive the following working day if placed before 11am. Jewellery items are carefully packaged to fit through a letterbox. Personalised orders will take an extra few days to process. Our products are handmade.
I’m not happy with my order what do I do?
We want you to be happy. That’s the most important thing to us! A happy customer comes back as they trust that a brand will look after them. If there is anything at all that isn’t right get in touch with us via email at hello@pop-up.studio. We can either send you a replacement item or refund you without you needing to return anything. Laura road tests everything so she’s happy with it but there are occasional weak links and mistakes do happen. We really appreciate feedback from customers good and bad as it helps us refine our designs.

Monday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
Where is your shop?

How do you keep your prices so low?
Most brands price their products like this: they calculate the cost of making an item, add a profit margin, then sell it wholesale to a stockist. The stockist usually applies a markup of around 2–2.5× before it reaches you. So a product that costs £10 at wholesale often ends up costing £23 or more in a shop.
If we sold through external stockists, that’s the price you’d be paying too. We’ve chosen not to do that.
Instead, we sell directly to you. Cutting out the middle step allows us to keep prices as low as possible without compromising on quality.
When you shop with us, your money goes towards staff wages, materials, utilities, and a very small marketing budget. We also own our shop outright, so we don’t need to factor in rent. You’re not paying for city-centre overheads, large marketing teams, celebrity endorsements, or designs that have been refined by committee until they feel safe and familiar.
Everything you see is designed independently. If our designer gets bored of something, it’s gone for good. That means what’s in the shop stays original, a little bit magical, and only exists as long as we both love it.

Do you still do all the personalised stuff you did before?
Yes, we do. There are a few personalised items we no longer offer (such as photo prints and mugs), but we can now create lots of new things that weren’t possible before. Pop in and chat with us about what you have in mind and we’ll see what we can do.
My necklace is broken, can you fix it for me?
All our products are guaranteed. Bring it in and we will fix it or replace it. Or if that’s not possible then we will refund you. Customer happiness is the most important thing to us. We are human and mistakes happen so if something isn’t how it should be, tell us! Even if you take your beloved item to a festival and it gets destroyed in a mosh pit. It doesn’t matter, bring it in, we will mend it.
I have a unique gift idea. Can you help?
Come and chat with Laura, our designer. If it’s something she can help with, she will. If not, she’ll do her best to suggest a workaround or point you in the right direction.
I have a coat I love but it has a hole in it. Can you help?
Bring it in! We can print something lush over the hole and it will give it a new life. Prices start at £5 for something small and go up from there.
Can I work at Pop-Up Studio?
